We consider our marketplace model the best way to offer valuable educational content to our users. But we need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us and our student community.

If you live in India,  by agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes with Us through binding Arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka,  and you waive certain rights to participate in class actions civil suits as Detailed in the Dispute  Resolution section.

Note:- ONLY ONE CERTIFICATE WILL ISSUED PER USER.

Some sites where we host our courses allow the User to change his Name and Email-id. 

If any User attempt to make use of this fraud trick and try to claim more than one certificate of the same type with different names, email-ids, and being prima facie found guilty of this type of conduct, it will lead to the Permanent Ban of your account from our Platform.  And it may also lead to the De-registration of your Certificate from our Records and as well as from the Certification Registry. 

You may not share your Account Details with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account and LetsSprint will not intervene in disputes between students who have shared account login credentials. 

You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission to obtain a Fraud Certificate (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by emailing us at support@letssprint.com

 2.    Content Enrollment and  Lifetime Access

All the Courses developed and created/ hosted on this website are the sole and exclusive property of LetsSprint.com

When you enlist in a course or other content created by Us and hosted on Third Party website (such as Amazon, Skillshare, Udemy etc), you get a license from us to view it via the That Third-Party Services only and no other use. 

You are not allowed to transfer, Copy, Distribute/resell content hosted/created/developed by us in any way. 

In legal, more complete terms, LetsSprint grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through theThird-party Website & Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with the particular content or feature of our Services.

All other uses are expressly prohibited. Therefore, Letssprint.com is not liable in case of any fraud/discrepancies in online payment or delay in the delivery of product or even non-delivery of the product. You have to submit your grievances or resolves your Complaints through the Support Team of particular website from which you have bought our product. 

And those Third-party websites, according to their Refund Policy, may or may not issue the refund.

In order to obtain Certificate from Our Website, you will have to follow the following procedure;

6.1 How & When Certificate will be Issued to a Student?

    Note:- It is solely yours responsibility to ensure that You meet the eligibility criteria before subscribing any of our courses. On failing to do so, LetsSprint.com will not be  liable in any manner to issue any refund/certifcates. However, if you have completed the course, but failed to meet the eligibility criteria, you will be awarded with a course completion certificate for the learning that you have undergone. This will be informed to you by mail and you will be given two weeks’ time for resubmitting the data sheet.
  2. After ensuring that you meet the eligibility criteria, you will have to register yourself  on our website by filling an online form for the certificate at certificates.letssprint.com.
  3. Subsequent to providing of your Valid Email address and other details and upon email verification, you will receive an email with Course Link. Those Links will redirect to the Third-Party websites, where you will asked to buy/subscribe to both of those Courses.
  4. It is advisable to enroll in our Courses, only through the links provided by us in email. As we only send link of updated courses.
  5. Enroll and Complete the required Courses within 180 days from the date of Registering with us.
  6. Upon successful verification of your records with our server and validation of your course completion, you can search get a Soft Copy (Not Physical Copy) of your Certificate by reuesting for the same at https://certifications.letssprint.com/registry with your details. Your name  will appear in the Searchable registry within a week from the  date of completion of the course
  7. The Certificate, issued  upon Successful completion of Course, will be in following manner
    1. “This is to certify that First Name Last Name has successfully completed the learning and experience requirements to be acknowledged as LetsSprint.com <Certificate Name> on ____(Date). certificate no: <certificate number>”

      It will have a Letssprint.com logo and it will be signed by the course creator. 
  1. Note:- ONLY ONE CERTIFICATE WILL ISSUED PER USER. 

Some Third Party sites where we host our courses allow the User to change his Name and Email-id. If any User attempt to make use of this fraud trick and try to claim more than one certificate of the same type with different names, email-ids, and being prima facie found guilty of this type of conduct, it will lead to the Permanent Ban of your account from our Platform.  And it may also lead to the Deregistry of your Certificate from our Records and as well as from the Certification Registry. 

  1. It is also pertinent to note that we are not liable for the Registration for your Certificates.  Although we are providing this services as “Gratis” or “Pro Bono”, but that registry can go offline without notice. And in case that happens, LetsSprint will not be liable/responsible to reissue/ re-register a fresh Certificate
  2. And it is notified here, that Letssprint.com is not a registered company, or an affiliated education institution. Courses owned by individuals associated with us, mainly the Owner of this website and other educators. So, the certificate is issued by an individual (Owner or other course creators) under this website name. 

 7.    Miscellaneous Legal Terms

    7.1.    Binding Agreement

You agree that by registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with the owner of LetsSprint.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services. 

These Terms (including any agreements and policies linked from these Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us. 

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect. 

Even if we are delayed in exercising our rights or fail to exercise a right in one case, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we may decide to enforce them in the future. If we decide to waive any of our rights in a particular instance, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights generally or in the future.

It may happen that our platform is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site. It may happen that one of our instructors is making misleading statements in their content. It may also happen that we encounter security issues. These are just examples. You accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of these types of cases where things don’t work out right.

You agree to indemnify, defend (if we so request), and hold harmless LetsSprint.com, and its officers, directors,, partners, and agents from an against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) the content you post or submit, (b) your use of the Services (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party. 

Your indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

    7.4.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

When these Terms mention “LetsSprint.com,” they’re referring to the LetsSprint’s owner that you’re contracting with. If you’re a student, your contracting entity and governing law will generally be determined based on your location.

If you’re a student located in India, then these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without reference to its choice or conflicts of law principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. 

If you’re a student located in a geographical region other than India, where the “Dispute Resolution” section below doesn’t apply to you, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Bangalore,  Karantaka, India.

    7.5.    Legal Actions and Notices

No action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, except where this limitation cannot be imposed by law. 

Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by registered or certified mail return receipt requested, or email (by us to the email associated with your account or by you us at support@letssprint.com

    7.6.    Relationship Between Us

You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us. 

 8.    Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute, we are more than  happy to resolve the issue. But if that doesn’t work and you live in India, then  your options are to go the small claims court in Bangalore,  Karnatka. 

If we can’t resolve our dispute amicably, you and LetsSprint agree to resolve any claims related to these Terms (or our other legal terms) through final and binding arbitration, regardless of the type of claim or legal theory. If one of us brings a claim in court that should be arbitrated and the other party refuses to arbitrate it, the other party can ask a court to force us both to go to arbitration (compel arbitration). Either of us can also ask a court to halt a court proceeding while an arbitration proceeding is ongoing 

Notwithstanding the “Updating these Terms” section below, if we change this "Dispute Resolution" section after the date you last indicated acceptance to these Terms, you may reject any such change by providing us a written notice of such rejection by mail or hand delivery to LetsSprint Address at c-405, pavani ishta, Saibaba temple road, bangalore-37, or by email from the email address associated with your Account to support@letssprint.com within 30 days of the date such change became effective, as indicated by the "last updated on" language above. 

To be effective, the notice must include your full name and clearly indicate your intent to reject changes to this "Dispute Resolution" section. By rejecting changes, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between you and LetsSprint.com in accordance with the provisions of this "Dispute Resolution" section as of the date you last indicated acceptance to these Terms.

 9.    Updated These Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and LetsSprint.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. 

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
